What does delivery cost?
Delivery fee is based on the distance from the restaurant to your location. It's shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises. There is no platform fee and no packaging charge added on top.
Are menu prices the same as the restaurant?
Yes. Every restaurant on Kwikkit lists their actual prices — the same ones on their in-house menu. We contractually prohibit any price inflation on the platform.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Kwikkit currently delivers across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula (Tricity). Coverage expands every week. Open the app and enter your address to see available restaurants near you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant accepts them. Once accepted, the restaurant has started preparing your food. For any issues, reach us at info@kwikkit.in or +91 86995 55046.
How is Kwikkit different from Zomato or Swiggy?
Kwikkit charges restaurants 0% commission. This means restaurants don't inflate their menu prices to cover platform fees — so you pay the real price. Other platforms charge 20–30% commission, which gets passed on to you.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, debit/credit cards, and popular wallets are all accepted. Payments are processed securely at checkout.
